Warehouse Associate
The Warehouse Associate will work in various areas of the warehouse, including but not limited to shipping, receiving, and assembly. Must be willing to cross train in other warehouse functions to help with daily business needs.
General Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, label, and stage outbound shipments/production orders according to customer and carrier requirements.
- Verify product quantities, lot numbers, and packaging prior to shipment to ensure order accuracy.
- Inspect inbound materials for damage, shortages, or discrepancies and report issues to management.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory movements, adjustments, and cycle counts using warehouse management systems.
- Perform regular cycle counts and assist with annual physical inventory audits.
- Safely operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks in accordance with company safety policies.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant warehouse environment.
- Cross-train in multiple warehouse functions to support business continuity and coverage needs.
- Perform other duties as assigned to meet operational, organizational, or business needs.
Physical Demand:
- Ability to lift, push or pull up to 40 pounds.
- Repetitive hand motions.
- Be on your feet for long periods at a time. Occasionally required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel or crouch.

Area Sales Manager - Texas
The Territory/Area Sales Manager is responsible for growing revenue, expanding market share, and managing daily account relationships across Electrical, Industrial, HVAC, and STAFDA channels. This field-based role focuses on daily customer visits, strategic planning, product training, sell-through support, and identifying new business opportunities.
General Responsibilities
- Manage all business activities within the assigned territory, ensuring sales growth, profitability, share gain, and product listings, both existing and New.
- Conduct daily in-person visits to distributors, contractors, dealers, wholesalers, and end users across all channels.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts, decision-makers, and distribution partners.
- Drive top-line sales through strategic initiative planning, daily territory coverage, and execution of marketing programs.
- Identify new business opportunities, competitive advantages, and growth potential by monitoring industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions.
- Conduct product demos, end-user engagement, jobsite visits, and trade events to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
- Support national and regional sales initiatives, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
- Provide product knowledge, merchandising guidance, and event marketing support to distributors and dealers.
- Train and work with distributor reps and end users on product features, applications, and competitive advantages.
- Ensure proper brand presence, merchandising accuracy, and inventory readiness across local accounts.
- Analyze territory sales metrics, pipeline development, KPIs, and performance indicators.
- Report progress on goals, promotional outcomes, and territory performance.
- Manage budgets such as travel & entertainment, demo tools, and marketing funds.
- Coordinate with other departments such as Marketing, Operations, and other field reps to ensure alignment and maximize sales opportunities.
- 3+ years of experience in industrial or commercial product sales; experience with electrical, HVAC, or construction channels preferred.
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, business or a relevant field.
- Experience organizing and working trade shows, demo days, counter days and end user calls.
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and account management skills.
- Ability to analyze data, set priorities, and create actionable sales plans.
- High energy, organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working autonomously in the field.
- Proficient with MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Significant daily travel within the territory (Over 50%).
- Occasional overnight or out-of-territory travel for meetings, trade events, or training.
Customer Solutions Specialist

- Technical Support: Resolve technical issues related to our hand tools, including usage, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Provide guidance on product features and functionalities.
- Order Management: Process and enter both domestic and international orders. Communicate discrepancies and work collaboratively with customers to resolve them efficiently.
- Sales Integration: Incorporate product training and new promotions into customer interactions. Focus on generating revenue by addressing customer pain points and preventing revenue loss through effective issue resolution.
- Retail Support: Assist in operating the company store, engaging with walk-in customers and facilitating sales.
- Relationship Building: Foster sustainable relationships with the field sales team and manufacturer's rep network to ensure cohesive support and communication.
- Documentation: Maintain thorough records of customer interactions, including inquiries, resolutions, and follow-ups, ensuring detailed and organized documentation.
- Team Collaboration: Develop in-depth knowledge of products and all areas of customer service. Provide support to representatives and team members as needed.
- Leadership: Be prepared to assume the duties of the Customer Service Manager for short periods of time to ensure continuity of service.
- Assist with additional tasks as needed to support the overall objectives of the team.
